When searching your answers on the internet, reading magazines or when speaking to experts in the field do you find the information and advice to be conflicting, misleading or difficult to understand?
My aim is to provide a blog based on my own experiences, I will update you with training concepts, nutritional advice, injury management and conditioning programmes to ultimately get you to where you want to be in the world of distance running.
